Self-referrals are welcome. In most cases you won’t require a referral from your Doctor to book a speech pathology appointment, but relevant health information from your GP or Specialist will be helpful in tailoring advice to best suit your needs.
If you are eligible to claim a rebate through Medicare, or will be funded by a 3rd-party such as DVA, MAIB or Workers’ Compensation, you will require a medical referral.
If you would like to book an appointment or have an enquiry, please phone or email.
I am a certified practicing speech pathologist. Originally from Hobart, I completed my studies at the University of Sydney in 1998. Since graduating I have worked as a Speech Pathologist in hospital, community and school settings both in Tasmania and overseas.
I have a keen interest in stuttering across all age groups, and in rehabilitation following stroke and head injury.
Clinics are located in Howrah and Sandy Bay.
If you are unable to travel to either clinic for an appointment, there are options to see you at your home, workplace or school.
